In the crypts below Mordus' house he holds a Lich (Desiccated Undead) prisoner. He asked me to free him and so I did. As soon as you pull the lever that frees him, a bunch of undead spawn and attack you and the Lich. After the combat finished, he gave me a reward and went away.
